How to Make Line Art Have Color Toon Boom
Line Art and Color Art Layers
Toon Nail Harmony has an option allowing you to paint the lines and the colour fills separately.
In Toon Smash Harmony, a cartoon is composed of 4 embedded layers:

| • | Line Fine art Layer |
| • | Colour Fine art Layer |
| • | Underlay Layer |
In general, use the Line Fine art and Colour Art layers. The Underlay and Overlay layers are used for advanced purposes.

By default, you draw on the Line Fine art layer. The colour layer is e'er placed under the Line Art layer. These layers are accessible in the Cartoon or Camera view (using drawing tools). When y'all wait at your final drawing in the Timeline, Xsheet or Network view, you will not see four layers; instead you will run into the last composition of the lines and colours.
You can describe and pigment in all layers, just if you prefer working in a single layer, you tin can do everything in Line Art.

| ‣ | In the Drawing view,right-click and select Switch to Colour Art/Switch to Line Fine art or s[50]. |
| ‣ | In the Cartoon or Camera bottom toolbar, click on the Colour Fine art  button. |
| ‣ | In the Drawing or Photographic camera bottom toolbar, click on the Line Fine art  button. |
| 3. | To preview the Line Art and Colour Art at the aforementioned time: |
| ‣ | In the Cartoon view,right-click and select Preview Line Fine art and Colour Art. While using the Preview mode, you however edit ane manner at a fourth dimension or press [Shift] + [P]. |
| ‣ | In the Drawing or Camera lesser toolbar, click on the Preview  button. To exist able to see only one of the layers at a time in the Camera view, you must enable the Current Drawing on Meridian option, bachelor from the Photographic camera bottom toolbar drib-down menu. If this pick is not enabled, yous will see the last limerick of all four layers. |
In order to edit both Line Art and Colour Art at the same time, y'all must enable the Apply to Line Art and Colour Art button in the Tool Properties of the tools supporting the operation.
Underlay and Overlay Layers

Underlay
